Bus services operate on 124 routes recorded by 2024. Taxis reached 78% low-emission status as of April 2023. Speed Limits and Traffic Operations Data
Freeway speed limits stand at a general maximum of 160 km/h. On Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Road the two left lanes carry a minimum of 120 km/h and a maximum of 140 km/h. The Abu Dhabi Traffic Management Centre applies incident management systems to redirect traffic and limit disruption from incidents. The Darbi app supplies live traffic data to drivers using these roads.
